	Robert Rosen, M.D. Dr. Rob Rosen is a native of the Philadelphia, PA area, and came to North Carolina in 1979 by way of the University of Rochester (BA Psychology 1974) and the University of Pittsburgh, (MD 1979). He completed his residency training in Family Medicine at the North Carolina Baptist Hospital in 1982, and has been in practice in Winston Salem, NC since 1983. He continues to enjoy delivering babies (well over a thousand at last count) and is pleased to be working on the “next generation” several times over. Current medical interests include the treatment of Diabetes, Hypertension and high cholesterol. He has been a private pilot with an instrument rating for over 20 years and has logged close to 2000 hours in the air. He has served as a Senior Aviation Medical Examiner with the FAA since 1993. In his free time, besides flying, he enjoys playing guitar, running and weight training as well as keeping all the computers in the office up and going. He has been married to Carla since 1986, and has 2 sons, Alex and Sam.
	Amy C Sapp, M.D. Amy C Sapp, MD is a graduate of Washington and Lee University with a BS in Neuroscience. She received her MD from Bowman Gray School of Medicine in 1995. She completed her residency at Greater Lawrence Family Health Center in Lawrence MA. She has practiced in Winston Salem since completion of her residency. As a founding partner of Ardmore Family Practice, Dr. Sapp is committed to providing a full spectrum of family centered care including maternity care, pediatrics and adult medicine. Her outside interests include yoga, reading and spending time with husband Rick, son Caden and her two dogs Scooby, a Siberian Husky and Frankie, a Dachshund.
	Holly W. Lee, M.D. Dr. Lee is a native of Asheville and graduated (cum laude) from Duke University with a BS in Biology.  She earned her MD from Wake Forest University School of Medicine and completed her residency training at WFU in 2006.  She is married to David, and they are the proud parents of baby Matthew.  In her spare time she enjoys reading, traveling, movies, and writing.

	Lindsay Hawks, PA-C. Lindsey graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2001 with a BA in Exercise Physiology, then completed the PA program at Wake Forest School of Medicine in May, 2005. During her years at Carolina, Lindsey was a varsity athlete on the UNC-CH rowing team, serving as co-captain her senior year. She worked as an EMT for two years. As a PA student, she volunteered her time in numerous health-related public service initiatives. Lindsey is especially interested in nutrition and exercise counseling. She is married to Alan and they enjoy sports, scuba diving, travel, and church-related activities.
	John F. Warren, III  Ph.D., PA-C John F. Warren, III is a licensed psychologist, board certified forensic psychologist (ABPP), and licensed physician assistant (PA-C). He received his psychology training at Duke University, his forensic training at the University of Virginia, and his medical training at East Carolina University. He has provided professional services on an inpatient and outpatient basis since 1980, and he specializes in complex medical and forensic psychological evaluations. He has particular interests in behavioral medicine, psychopharmacology, men's health issues and medical and psychological services for law enforcement and public safety workers. Sheila Billings CNM MPH Education: UNC Chapel Hill 1977 MPH Medical University of South Carolina Midwifery School 1979 CNM Sheila loves seeing patients and providing direct patient care. Practicing as a midwife has brought her much joy as she has shared a special part of families' lives. She has a 22 year old son who is a wonderful blessing. Sheila loves hiking, biking, running, knitting, reading and cooking and working with all the folks at Ardmore Family Practice.
