Robert Rosen M.D.
Dr. Rob Rosen is a native of the Philadelphia, PA area, and came to North Carolina in 1979 by way of the University of Rochester (BA Psychology 1974) and the University of Pittsburgh, (MD 1979). He completed his residency training in Family Medicine at the North Carolina Baptist Hospital in 1982, and has been in practice in Winston Salem, NC since 1983. Current medical interests include the treatment of Diabetes, Hypertension and high cholesterol. Dr. Rosen has received recognition for Delivery of Quality Diabetes Care since 2007 and Delivery of Quality Cardiovascular and/ or Stroke Care since 2008. He is a single engine pilot as well as a certified flight instructor (instruments) and has logged close to 3100 hours in the air. He has served as a Senior Aviation Medical Examiner with the FAA since 1993. In his free time, besides flying, he enjoys playing guitar, attending the Fur Peace Ranch Guitar Camp, running and weight training as well as keeping all the computers in the office up and going. He has been married to Carla since 1986, and has 2 sons Alex (married to Carrie) and Sam. His first grandchild (Hank) was born in 2016!
Caroline G. Grandis, RNC-OB, MSN, FNP-C

Caroline graduated from UNC-Greensboro in 2003 with a BS in Nursing and in May 2009, completed her Master of Science (MSN) degree in the Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner/Family Nurse Practitioner (WH/FNP) Advanced Practice Area at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Nursing. Received a post graduate certificate in Global health from Chapel Hill in ____.
Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked in Labor and Delivery and NICU. She is interested in all aspects of family practice, with interest in women’s health, pediatrics, sports medicine and preventive medicine. She joined Ardmore Family Practice in 2009. Caroline has been able to transition this passion to working in rural health clinics in the Appalachians, Dominican Republic and Nicaragua.
Caroline enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Arnold Grandis and their 6 daughters, 2 sons and grandchildren. When not working, she is traveling in her jeep and training for stand-up paddle board races!
Eileen Tague, MSN, FNP, NP-C
Eileen is a native of Winston-Salem.
She earned a BFA in Technical Production from North Carolina School of the Arts in 1990. After a rewarding career in Theater, she entered into nursing in 2010 with her BSN from Winston-Salem State University. After working in Surgical Oncology at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital for six years she earned her MSN (also from WSSU) in 2016. She has a specific interest in cancer prevention. She has been with Ardmore Family Practice since 2016.
She earned a certification as a Healing Touch Practitioner in 2017, and has used that alternative healing modality in her practice, offering Healing Touch at Ardmore.
Her hobbies include gardening, hiking, listening to music, and beekeeping. Although she has no children, she has fur babies at home.
Susan Dipert-Scott, FNP
Susan, originally from Florida, graduated from Manatee Community College with an AS in Nursing in 1980. Also completed an AA degree from MCC, BS from University of South Florida, MS in Nursing education and Administration from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio, and later a MS as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2001.
Susan worked as an RN from 1980-2001 in a variety of positions, from cardiac care, intensive care and emergency care units. RN positions included: staff RN, charge nurse, nursing supervisor and director of nursing of emergency services. She has worked in private clinics, community hospitals and multi-hospital settings and clinics.
As a FNP, she has worked in private practice, retail healthcare and owned two independent family practices. She has cared for infants to geriatrics. She also has experience in urgent care and occupation injury care and health maintenance. She is a certified Medical Examiner through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
Susan has taught nursing at the baccalaureate and master’s level. Freshman and sophomore basic nursing clinicals, clinical skills lab, master’s level nursing assessment courses and FNP clinical practice sites in addition to serving as a clinical preceptor for FNP students.
She enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. James Scott, and 6 children. “We have 3 sons and 3 daughters and now 6 grandchildren.” In addition, she enjoys her 2 dogs: Curly and Lucy. Sewing has always been a part her life and she enjoys quilting, garment making, drawing, zentangle, jewelry making and multiple other craft modalities.
Amy C Sapp, M.D.
Amy C Sapp, M.D. is a graduate of Washington and Lee University with a BS in Neuroscience. She received her MD from Bowman Gray School of Medicine in 1995. She completed her residency at Greater Lawrence Family Health Center in Lawrence MA. She has practiced in Winston Salem since completion of her residency. As a founding partner of Ardmore Family Practice, Dr. Sapp is committed to providing a full spectrum of family centered care from birth onward. Dr. Sapp has received recognition for Delivery of Quality Diabetes Care since 2007. Her outside interests include walking, yoga, reading and spending time with husband Rick, son Caden and her three dogs Scooby, a Siberian Husky and Kayla and Hickory, “twin” Golden Retrievers.
Ashley M. Campbell, ANP
Ashley Campbell is a Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner who is currently in our office on Mondays and Tuesdays seeing patients starting at the age of 13. She graduated from Winston Salem State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 2005. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center on the Neuroscience and Stroke Unit while continuing to advance her education. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in the Adult/Gerontological Nurse Practitioner Program in 2010. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband James and her very energetic Shih Tzu, King. She loves spending time with her family, dancing and having “a great time”.
Amanda Evans, MSN, FNP, NP-C
Amanda (Mandy) graduated from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor (UMHB) with a BS in Nursing in December 2011. She later completed her MSN in Family Nurse Practitioner in October 2021 from Frontier Nursing University.
After graduating from UMHB, Mandy worked from 2012 to 2016 as a surgical trauma ICU RN and charge nurse at Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest Medical Center. She also worked as adjunct clinical faculty at UMHB during this time. Mandy then made the jump both from Texas to North Carolina and from ICU to ER RN in 2016. She worked as an ER RN and charge nurse from 2016 to 2020 at Duke Raleigh Health Hospital and Cone Health Moses Cone Hospital. She continued to work for Cone Health as an Occupational Health RN in 2021 until she joined Ardmore Family Practice in late 2021.
Mandy enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, their husky, Arya, and their toy poodle, Hiro. She also enjoys traveling, creative projects, and spending time outdoors.
Jennifer Smith, NP-C
Jennifer graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 2000 with a BS in nursing and in 2007 completed her Master of Science (MSN) in the Family Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Practice area at the Western Carolina University School of Nursing.
Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a charge nurse on the Mother-Baby unit at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC and in the Level ll NICU/nursery at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, MS.
Jennifer enjoys hiking and mountain biking and exploring trails with her son, Finnegan.
